Sara Pangrazzi
Sara Pangrazzi is a PhD candidate at the Institute of International Law and Comparative Constitutional Law of the University of Zurich. In her doctoral research she analyses the applicability of international legal norms on cyberattacks. More concretely, the analysis is about states' countermeasures in the cybercontext according to traditional international law. A particular focus lies on the legal principle of proportionality within the ius ad bellum as well as within the regime of countermeasures according to international state responsibility. She is a team member of the DSI-Project "Creating an ethical and legal governance framework for trustworthy cybersecurity in Switzerland" which aims to provide data, insights, and recommendations on non-technical aspects of cybersecurity and is part of the National Research Programme 77 “Digital Transformation”.
