Jill Wick

Jill Wick is a Security Awareness Consultant with a background in Business Psychology. She holds a Master of Science in Business Psychology from Kalaidos University of Applied Sciences (2024) and a Diploma of Advanced Studies in Economic Crime Investigation from Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts (2017). From 2015 to 2025, she worked in various roles at a financial services company, gaining in-depth insights into cybersecurity, security awareness, and fraud on credit cards.

Her work focuses on the intersection of psychology, cybersecurity, and technology – with a strong emphasis on the human factor. She is passionate about raising awareness of how psychological manipulation techniques are used in cyberattacks – and how people can better protect themselves against them. She pursues this interest through her blog/newsletter, podcast, giving courses, and her work at a cybersecurity company. There she develops and delivers security awareness content and training.
