Cláudia Barbosa

Cláudia Barbosa is a PhD candidate in Political Science and International Relations at the University of Minho and a Research Fellow at the Foundation for Science and Technology (FCT) in Portugal. She is a Collaborative Researcher at the Research Centre in Political Science at Minho. Her research lies in the EU cybersecurity governance and the EU digital policy, encompassing aspects of cybersecurity, digitalization, and technological development. Her research focuses on the intersection of cybersecurity policies with a human-centered approach, emphasizing human security in the digital age. She explores the impact of digitalization on society and the potential of a human-centered approach to enhance societal resilience and digital policy effectiveness. Her interests also include cyber operations, disinformation, and artificial intelligence.
