Chris Eckert

I have been working independently as a senior consultant, criminalist and CSO in the fields of information security, investigation, forensics, corporate security and crime prevention since 2009. I look back on more than 35 years of criminal experience, first as an investigator and head of investigation with the Zurich cantonal police and later as head of the federal criminal police of the organized crime unit. I contribute my strategic and operational knowledge in comprehensive business protection as well as the early detection of defense and countermeasures for complex attack phenomena such as economic crime, cyber-attacks and industrial espionage. I am responsible for the areas of integral corporate security, investigations as well as prevention and awareness solutions. Besides I lecture at recognized training institutes in Switzerland and Germany and host seminars and a CAS, Business Protection & Security’ at HWZ.
